Terms of Service

Browse, order and quote from this site for your own use. Do not scrape it, copy its product text wholesale or resell its content. Prices and availability may change; we correct errors when we find them.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email a dispatch confirmation, not when the order is submitted. If something is unavailable or mispriced, we tell you and refund rather than substitute quietly.

All prices are in United States dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is shown separately at checkout. You pay the price displayed when you order.

We accept Pay with cards and more, Card, WeChat Pay, Airwallex – Express Checkout, Klarna and Afterpay. Payment is taken at checkout, and an order is not queued for packing until it clears.

Packing takes 1–2 business days and carrier transit is normally 3–7 business days. Cost and detail are on the Shipping Policy page.

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days. Conditions, and who pays the postage, are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

We describe goods as accurately as we can and use manufacturer specifications where they exist. Photographs are illustrative, colours vary between screens, and manufacturers change packaging without notice. Where fit matters, call before ordering.

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and of the United States.

We update this page when the way we work changes. The version live when you order is the one that applies to that order.
