Payment Policy
Payment at Fluffy Paws Supply is deliberately dull: you pay once, at checkout, and nothing is stored here.
What we accept
Checkout currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, Klarna and Afterpay. Anything not listed is not accepted, however the button may be labelled elsewhere.
Currency
All charges are in United States dollars. A card issued elsewhere will be converted by your own bank, which may add a foreign transaction fee — that fee is theirs, not ours.
When you are charged
Once, at checkout, for the full amount shown in the cart. We do not pre-authorise and re-charge, and we do not bill at dispatch.
Card security
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s hosted form and processed on their PCI DSS compliant systems. This site never receives, stores or logs a full card number, and the connection is encrypted throughout.
Declines and checks
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account; a pending authorisation may show briefly and then drop off. Unusual orders occasionally trigger a manual check — we email you within 1 business day rather than cancelling silently.
Sales tax and fees
Sales tax is not added at checkout – the price you see is the total you pay.or card surcharges.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account used originally — we cannot send one anywhere else. Timing is on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
