Shipping Policy
Every parcel leaves Brooklyn packed by the same people who sell the goods.
Where we ship
We ship to street addresses and PO boxes anywhere in the United States, Alaska and Hawaii included. We do not ship internationally.
What it costs
Orders of $59.00 or more ship free within the United States. Below that, a flat $8.99 covers packing and carrier handling, whatever the parcel weighs.
The exact figure appears in the cart before you pay. No shipping charge is ever added afterwards.
How long it takes
- Packing — 1–2 business days from the moment payment clears.
- Carrier transit — 3–7 business days on standard domestic service.
- Order to doorstep — 4–9 business days for most of the country.
Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. An order placed outside the hours below starts its clock on the next working day.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment the carrier scans the label. You can also look an order up on the Track Your Order page.
If the address is wrong
We ship to the address exactly as entered. A parcel returned as undeliverable is reshipped once you correct the address, at the same flat rate.
Damage or loss
Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan, or of the expected date if nothing arrived, and we will open a carrier claim and either replace the item or refund it.
Photographs of the box and the packing help the claim, and they are not a condition of it.
What we do not offer
There is no collection service for web orders, no same-day courier and no scheduled delivery window. If one of those matters, call before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
